Press reports suggest that Juande Ramos is targeting the highly rated Colombian striking sensation Radamel Falcao Garcia Zarate or plain old ‘Falcao’ as he’s usually known. The talented 22-year-old currently plies his trade for River Plate in Argentina but may well be playing in the Premier League this season if Tottenham get their way.
