Ruben De la Red: Spurs, Arsenal, Everton & Aston Villa Target May have to Retire According to Reports!

Spanish international and former transfer target of a number of Premier League clubs Ruben De La Red is reported to have a serious heart problem after collapsing on the pitch at the end of last month. The 23-year-old was linked to moves to Tottenham, Arsenal, Everton and Aston Villa in the summer but instead committed himself to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid v Espanyol: Home Win for a Real Chance of Winning £275,000

Two wins for Espanyol in their last six matches against Real Madrid suggests they can hold their own in this fixture. The only trouble is neither of these recent results have been at the Bernabeu. In fact, the last time Espanyol left Madrid with anything was May 2001 and with the reigning champions drilling out results the way they are, you can’t help but expect another unsuccessful trip here.

Now you’d probably expect it was last year’s La Liga champions seeing in the new season with victory while the newly promoted side, who faced Barcelona, were left with a cold, hard dose of reality.
