Why can’t I download from the Play Store?
As of June 2017, Google does not permit the submission of gambling apps in their Play Store. As a solution to improve the experience we offer our customers, we’re hosting our own app on our own website in a completely secure way.
Is it safe to download the app?
Whilst we can’t offer the app through the Play Store, we’ve taken every precaution to ensure the download and installation of our Android app is totally safe and secure for our users.
How do I update my app once I’ve installed it?
We’re always making improvements to our app, and the good news is – you won’t need to do a thing to take advantage of them. When we release a new version, it’ll automatically download and install in the background for you, so you can enjoy what's new the next time you open it. We’ll even let you know which new features we’ve added so you can make the most of them.
Why can’t I play all FP products in the app?
We’re working hard on improving what we offer our Android users, and rest assured, all of our other popular products will be coming to the Android app in the non-too distant future!
Why does the app not work on my version of Android?
Unfortunately, our app is not compatible with Android devices with firmware 4.3 or earlier. In order to access our app, you must upgrade your device firmware to a later version.
