Chelsea will be crowned Premier League champions on the final day of the campaign this Sunday.  The competition never fails to deliver and there’s still plenty of footballing action to enjoy as the season draws to a close.  A now safe Swansea can enjoy a pressure free match against a West Brom who are letting 8th place slip away.  And Crystal Palace can pick up a point at Old Trafford with the Red Devils’ attention focused on Europe.
